Cambridge Curriculum for Secondary Education: The Cambridge curriculum for secondary education is designed to provide students with a comprehensive and internationally recognized educational experience. It focuses on developing critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of subjects. The curriculum is organized into different stages, with the IGCSE being a key component.
The IGCSE is an internationally recognized qualification for students, which is equivalent to a secondary school completion certificate. At Ideas International School, students have the opportunity to excel academically through the pursuit of their IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) examinations. As an established educational institution, Ideas International School serves as an official examination center for both IGCSE and A-level examinations.
With a commitment to providing a comprehensive and internationally recognized curriculum, Ideas International School empowers students to prepare for their IGCSE examinations, which serve as a pivotal milestone in their educational journey. The school's dedicated approach to education ensures that students receive the necessary guidance and support to excel in their chosen subjects, while also developing essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Students join classes physically and must attend school physically for the entire school day for their subjects as well as other events and activities organized for an enriched learning experience.
Students who are unable to join classes physically may apply to join the online learning option platform. Here they can attend and participate in all classes and receive all the homework and assignments just like the physical students though Google suites platform. Our classrooms are set up with the necessary technology needed to accommodate hybrid learning. Exams will need to be held physically at campus.
The self study learning options are for those students who are either not at the school going age or are working during school timings. Students are able to access all the classes and recordings as well as lesson notes and assignments. These students however will not be guided, graded and attendance will not be recorded. This Learning option is meant as access only for independent students to access the information and lessons for self study.
